Dr.Kathleen Wallis is currently Supervisor of Elementary Schools and the Title I Program for Carroll County Public Schools in Westminster, MD. She has taught every age group from Birth – 20 over the last 26 years. She has served as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, a school-based administrator, and district-level supervisor. She taught graduate reading and assessment courses as an adjunct professor at McDaniel College, and is passionate about creating 21st century learning environments to meet the ever-changing needs of students and teachers.
